Shipping and Returns

 

We currently ship to UK and Ireland. Our shipping costs are €8 for the UK and €5 for Republic of Ireland. It takes normally 2-5 days to UK and 2-3 days to Ireland.

 

We processed your orders straight away soon we received your payment.  Please note that we are unable to cancel orders or make changes to order information. Make sure to verify your shipping address during the checkout process, prior to submitting your order.

 

UK orders require extended shipping time and we are not responsible for delays at customs. Shipping times vary greatly based on your international shipping address. Additionally, import duties, taxes or other chargers are not included in our shipping price. Please consult your country's customs office prior to purchasing to determine these prices. 

If you wish to return the products unfortunately you need to ship the product under your cost.  Unless there is a problem with the products, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@seruniireland.ie .We will change the products for you.  Any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
